In order to further improve the professional quality and teaching level of the math teachers of Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the east campus, and provide teachers with opportunities to learn and communicate with each other and a stage to showcase themselves, the mathematics group carried out online teaching and research activities during the winter vacation.
During the teaching and research process, the teachers carried out discussions in terms of how to supervise students’ learning, how to let students complete the study tasks with high quality, how to keep students learning during the winter vacation, and how to let students arrange their study time during the holiday so that the teachers could understand students’ difficulties in math learning and explain them systematically after the new semester started. In the meantime, based on the basic concept advocated by the new curriculum standard, the teachers studied the teaching methods together, strove to improve their professional quality, made progress together, and grew together.
On the whole, learning is endless, teaching is endless, and research is endless as well. The teachers of the mathematics group  will brave the wind and waves, and have the courage to break new ground. In addition, it’s believed that under the joint efforts of all the mathematics teachers, we will focus on enhancing teaching skills, and work together to improve teaching quality so that we will go more steadily and farther on the road of mathematics teaching and research in the new semester!
